EB Wellness continues to encourage all employees to get a COVID-19 vaccine. Vaccines are widely available in the region.
Here are links to help you schedule and report your vaccination:
- In CT, go to https://portal.ct.gov/Vaccine-Portal to schedule your vaccine appointment.
- In RI, go to https://covid.ri.gov/vaccination to schedule your vaccine appointment.
Once you have received your vaccine, please report your vaccination using the ‘Report Your Vaccination’ link on the Coronavirus Updates section of Homeport. Please remember to report BOTH doses. If you are outside the network, email your name, badge number and date of vaccination to ebwellness@gdeb.com.
Every employee who reports their vaccination is eligible to win a FitBit Versa2. The Wellness team will announce the first group of winners next Friday, April 30. If you have already reported your vaccination, you are already eligible – no need to re-report.
Please report your vaccine so that we can accurately request vaccine supply from public health agencies.
