At EB, Safety and Wellness go far beyond meeting basic compliance standards. Our focus is on building a culture where employees can thrive in every aspect of their lives. Prioritizing wellbeing is vital to being our best on the job and at home with our families.
Starting June 9, EB will hold our Annual Health Fairs in Connecticut. We are inviting each of you to visit and learn more about the benefits and services available to you and your families.
This year, the fairs will include interactive demonstrations, sign-ups for primary care appointments with local physicians, ways to save money through the pharmacy, and your opportunity to provide feedback on the areas of wellness that are most important to you.
You’ll see vendor partners joining for the first time this year, including Charter Oak Federal Credit Union, Windwalker Pet Therapy, Second MD, and Veteran’s Affairs, as well as engagement with EB Medical and our onsite partners such as Optum Wellness Coaches, our new Registered Dietitian, and the EB Family Wellness Center and Pharmacy.

Supporting Our Neighbors Impacted by The Ledges Apartments Fire
Early Sunday morning, a devastating fire occurred at The Ledges Apartments in Groton. Eighteen fire departments, including Electric Boat’s, responded.
