The CDC has recommended changes to travel in response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19). At this time, Electric Boat is actively working to protect employees by encouraging the practice of social distancing and asking employees to maximize the use of video and teleconferencing. However, we are aware and recognize that some business with key contacts can only be achieved in person. To support this need while balancing the safety of our employees, the EB Flight Department is making some changes to their shuttle service.
•The shuttle will fly on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, ONLY if there is an average of four or more passengers per leg.
•There will only be a maximum of eight passengers allowed in accordance with CDC recommendations.
•Effective immediately, there is no shuttle service to Dulles.
•Confirmation for each flight will be made two days prior to departure.
The shuttle schedule is identified below:
Monday: Depart Groton at 06:30 | Depart NNS at 16:00
Tuesday: NO FLIGHTS
Wednesday: Depart Groton at 06:30 | Depart NNS at 16:00
Thursday: NO FLIGHTS
Friday: Depart Groton at 06:30 | Depart NNS at 16:00
Deviations to this flight schedule can be accommodated if there is a business need. Please notify your supervisor if a deviation from this policy needs to be made. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
