The Idaho christening ceremony will take place on Saturday, March 16, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. in Groton.
A lottery will be held for the limited number of tickets available for viewing the ceremony.
Please follow the instructions below to enter the online lottery for tickets. The lottery opens at 11 p.m. EST on Monday, February 19, and closes at 11 p.m. EST on Monday, March 4.
Christening Ticket Lottery Instructions
- Access the lottery website at https://eb.docsbynet.com/EbLottery/
- Enter the Passcode: EBChrist24IDAHO
- Enter the information requested. You can request a maximum of four (4) tickets (including yourself).
- Winners will be selected randomly after the website closes and all entrants, whether selected or not, will be notified by email.
- Tickets will be mailed to the primary home address provided by the employee. The home mailing address field is mandatory. Entries without a valid home mailing address will not be processed.
Ceremony Reminders
- All guests must be U.S. citizens and accompanied by a badge-wearing employee, who must also have a ticket.
- Entry will be through the Main Gate, which will open at 9:00 a.m.
- Use of cameras/smartphones will be allowed at the ceremony site ONLY. Photography while walking to/from the ceremony site is strictly prohibited.
- Please note: Food service will begin immediately following the ceremony. No food will be served prior to or during the ceremony.
