You are currently viewing On a Quest to Quit? EB’s Tobacco Cessation Program is FREE for All Employees

​Are you considering quitting tobacco? Whether you are smoking, vaping or using chewing tobacco, Electric Boat has support to assist you in quitting. EB’s Tobacco Cessation program is free for all EB employees.* You can access the program in two ways:

Through EB Medical

  • Appointments encouraged but not required.
  • Meet with a provider to discuss goals with quitting and an action plan.
  • Prescription quit aids are available to be filled at the EB Family Pharmacy or a pharmacy of your choosing.

Through OPTUM Wellness Coaches

  • Reach out to a coach that serves your location.
  • Meet with a coach to build motivation to quit, set realistic goals, create an individual quit plan, brainstorm solutions to challenges and have an accountable partner in your quest to quit.
  • Coaches work with EB Medical staff to have prescriptions filled for quit aids.

*EB spouses can access Tobacco Cessation programming for free through the OPTUM Wellness Coaches.
