Your UnitedHealthcare Wellness Coaches are here to help you Stop and Stretch this Spring! Stretching periodically throughout the day is important to promote blood flow, prevent injuries and give yourself a short break. You’ll often feel more relaxed and refreshed after even just a few minutes of stretching.
Wellness coaches are making themselves available for stretch breaks starting the week of April 25.
Participate in a 10-minute session and learn stretches you can do during the work day. No matter where you work at EB, you can benefit from a good stretch. From head to toe, it’s a great way to help your body feel good. As an additional bonus, participants will be entered into a raffle drawing for prizes to help you keep stretching.
