The Electric Boat Veterans Network (EBVN) was recently invited to a “Lunch and Learn” session hosted by General Dynamics Mission Systems with General James “MadDog” Mattis.
While among this group he may need no introduction, General Mattis retired from the Marine Corps after 44 years of faithful service in which he commanded troops in the Gulf War, Iraq War and the War in Afghanistan. After his time in uniform was done, he continued to serve as the 26th Secretary of Defense from 2017–2019.
EBVN will be hosting a WebEx watch party on Monday, November 8 from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. at New London in Building 800, Terrace B. Seating will be limited and will be on a first come, first served basis. There is no shop order for this event; participants must attend on their own time.
