You are currently viewing November 1, 2021 – Mindfulness: Increase Focus, Calm and Productivity in Minutes!

Mindfulness is about paying attention, deliberately and non-judgmentally.

With practice, mindfulness may cultivate the possibility of freeing yourself of reactive, habitual patterns of thinking, feeling and acting. This practice can be applied to any area of your life. You may find that applying these principles to your daily routine may help you increase your sense of well-being, feel better about yourself, and even help you improve your relationships with others.

Mindfulness helps remove judgment surrounding our daily activities and thoughts. It encourages individuality within our choices. Bringing awareness to the here and now can help us be present and pay attention to your current experience. In this process, you are the expert, making choices from a place of inner guidance vs. external cues. Mindfulness may help you move from unconscious, reactive behaviors to awareness, which can be the first step in making a positive change.

Did you know that you, and your spouse, can work 1:1 with a professional wellness coach to help you improve any area of well-being with no out-of-pocket cost? Sessions can take place in-person or over the phone. As a special bonus, if you schedule a coaching session during the month of November you’ll be entered into a raffle for a chance to win $75!
