This year, Electric Boat was recognized and awarded with four Excellence Awards in the Human Capital Management (HCM) program by the Brandon Hall Group. The HCM Excellence Award is a prestigious and competitive award, with entrants coming from all around the world, from companies small to large, including corporations, government organizations and non-profit associations.
Since 1994, the Brandon Hall Award have been awarded to innovative leaders in the learning industry. Each year, the Brandon Hall Group holds the “Excellence Awards,” which features two annual programs; Human Capital Management (HCM) and Technology. These programs recognize the best organizations that have successfully deployed training programs, strategies, modalities, processes, systems, and tools that have achieved measurable results.
Entries were evaluated by a panel of independent and veteran senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group analysts, and executives based on the following criteria:
- Program(s) fit the needs of the organization
- Design of the program
- Delivery of the program
- Innovation
- Overall measurable benefits and impact

EB and other winners will be honored at the HCM Excellence Conference taking place February 1-3, 2022 at the Hilton West Palm Beach, Florida.
