You are currently viewing September 2, 2021 – Breaking News: Referral Radar, Employee Referral Program

Do you know someone who would be a good fit at Electric Boat?  We’re growing and always searching for the most talented, quality individuals to join the company.  What better resource to find this talent than from EB’s own group of talented employees? This is why we are excited to announce “Referral Radar,” our Employee Referral Program. If you know someone who has what it takes, tell them about our winning team and how to apply. We’re looking for employees who are the best, brightest, and work hard. Talk about career opportunities with your valued friends and colleagues and recommend they apply for a position at Electric Boat by uploading their resume at http://www.gdeb.com/careers. When they apply and list you as the referral, you will be entered into a raffle for various prizes each month.

Referral Bonus Guidelines

The Referral Radar Pilot began on September 1, 2021.  The first drawing will be held on September 15, 2021 and will include all system-documented referrals dating back to January 1, 2021.

Going forward, for each referral you will receive one entry into the raffle.  There is no limit on the number of people who can apply and list you as a referral; however, the same person applying for different positions will count as only one referral.

Raffle prizes will fall into two categories: Tier I and Tier II. A Tier-I prize will be awarded to employees when their referral is hired, and a Tier-II prize when your referral applies for a position. If an employee is selected for both a Tier-I and Tier-II prize in the same month, they will be given the option as to which prize they would like to receive.

Applicant must list you, the current employee who referred them, on their profile.

Participation in this Employee Referral Program is strictly voluntary, and the recruitment efforts do not involve significant time. The activity involved in this referral program is limited to after-hours solicitation done only among friends, relatives, neighbors and acquaintances as part of the employee’s social affairs.

Referral Instructions

If eligible, you can fill out the referral form. Once submitted, the form will be emailed directly to the employee referral program team at EBReferralRadar@gdeb.com. Winners will be contacted by Human Resources.

Referral Eligibility

Someone who has already applied to Electric Boat can’t go back and add a referral prior to September 1.

In the event an applicant is referred by two employees, the date of the receipt of the referral in ICIMS will be the deciding factor.

Disclaimer: Electric Boat reserves the right to determine whether or not referred applicants are qualified for positions covered by the referral program. Electric Boat may modify or discontinue this program at any time.  Should the program be discontinued, any in-process referrals will be handled on an individual basis.
