Moderna and Johnson and Johnson COVID-19 vaccines are now available at the EB Family Pharmacy, both in Groton and Quonset Point.

Electric Boat employees, spouses, and dependents over age 18 are eligible to sign up for an appointment for vaccination. Second dose appointments will be scheduled at the time of your first dose.

To sign up for an appointment, please call the EB Family Pharmacy and they will offer you a date and time for your vaccination.

Don’t forget to report your vaccination to EB Medical (even if it’s just your first shot). Use the ‘Report Your Vaccination’ link on the Coronavirus Updates section of Homeport. Please remember to report BOTH doses. If you are outside the network, email your name, badge number and date of vaccination to ebwellness@gdeb.com.
