Hartford HealthCare is offering an additional COVID vaccination clinic for EB employees:

*HHC has indicated that the J&J vaccine will be offered on 4/11/21. Vaccine brand subject to change based on doses available*

Reminder: you must live or work in Connecticut to attend these clinics. Clinics are for EB employees only – spouses and dependent children are unable to schedule.

To schedule a vaccine appointment, please follow these instructions:

Once logged into MyChart:

  • Click “Make an Appointment” and select “COVID Vaccine
  • Answer the questions displayed on the screen.  One of the questions will be: “Has your employer provided you with an Event ID for vaccination at a specific clinic.”  Please respond “Yes” to this question.  Continue entering the questions as displayed.
  • Select employer name from the list of employers.
  • Enter the Event ID.  The Event ID is listed above.

If you do not have access to technology or need assistance with scheduling a vaccination, call 860.827.7400.  Assistance will be available 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday-Friday.

IMPORTANT- PLEASE bring your EB Badge and a photo ID.

After your receive your vaccine and want to report your vaccination, please email EB Wellness at ebwellness@gdeb.com with your name, badge number and date of vaccination (reminder: self-reporting your vaccination is VOLUNTARY)

No Shop Order Provided.  Must attend on your own time.
