EB President Jeff Geiger today announced the retirement of Maura Dunn, VP of Organization and Facility Development, who will retire June 14 following 14 years at General Dynamics companies.

Dunn joined EB in 2014 as Vice President of Human Resources and Administration. Prior to her work at Electric Boat, Dunn spent nine years at General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems (AIS) where she held the same position.

“We’re very grateful to Maura for her service and the many contributions she’s made during a time of tremendous growth and change at EB,” said Geiger. “We thank her and wish her the best.”

Geiger also announced several other organizational changes.

•Matt Luxton will take over responsibility for Facilities including the Facilities Master Plan or FMP. His new title will be Vice President, Facilities and Legal to reflect these additional responsibilities.

•Devin Xenelis has been appointed Director of Real Estate and Project Planning, reporting to Matt Luxton. In this capacity, Devin will be responsible for developing operational requirements and design for all of EB’s new buildings up through the point of getting a building permit.

•John Harrington, Director, Facilities and Construction, will focus on the construction and turnover of all new buildings to Operations and will report to Matt.

•Paul Dagle, Director of Facilities and Construction Support, will maintain his focus on facilities operations, providing lifting and handling, and transportation and will now report to Matt.

•Cathy White, Senior Manager of Organizational Growth Programs, will now report to Tom Plante, Director of Strategic Planning. Succession planning and leadership development work will remain with Human Resources.

•Susan Adams, Government Liaison Specialist, will now report to Liz Power, Director of Communications.

•Paul Marsiglio, Director of Environmental, Health and Safety and Liz Power will report to Elicia Spearman, Vice President, Human Resources and Administration.
