…To Make the 2019 EIP Goals
Did you know that visiting the EB Wellness Center for a visit with a doctor or physical therapist counts as one of the activities for the “It All Counts” portion of the Employee Incentive Program? It is one of seven new activities that count towards our first half goal. To make the goal, 60% of EB’s population must complete one the activities identified below:
•Annual Physical
•Annual Flu Shot
•Wellness Coaching Session
•Participation in “Under Weigh” – a physical activity challenge for all levels of ability
•Participation in a “Know Your Numbers” event – Biometric screenings offered by EB’s Medical Services team
•Proof of colonoscopy
•Proof of mammogram
•Cancer Screening Education
•EB Wellness Center visit
•Participation in “Real Appeal” – Weight loss program offered through UnitedHealthcare
•Participation in “Dimensions” – Diabetes management program offered through the EB Family Pharmacy
•8 Visits to EB Fitness Center/eligible YMCAs
