If you fell and broke your arm, you’d head to urgent care for a doctor’s evaluation, an x-ray and possibly a cast. The same attitude can be applied to your mental health. When you recognize you haven’t been feeling like yourself, not participating in once loved hobbies, or find you are easily agitated, it’s a good time to reach out and talk to someone who can help. Consider reaching out to EB’s free and confidential* Employee Assistance Program.
We encourage anyone experiencing stress, fear, worry, prolonged periods of feeling down or just not yourself, to reach out to the confidential employee assistance programs. If you are concerned about a loved one’s substance use, the EAP programs can help with this as well. Keep in mind, eight free counseling sessions are available to you, and any family members in your home.
