Electric Boat is proud to congratulate Anna Leigh, Manager of Talent Acquisition, as one of the Hartford Business Journal’s 40 Under Forty award recipients for 2023 in Connecticut. The award ceremony took place on September 28 at the Aqua Turf Club in Plantsville, Connecticut.
The 40 Under Forty award recognizes outstanding young professionals in the greater Hartford area who are excelling in their industries through their leadership roles. They are driven by success, motivated by challenges and are role models for their peers. These individuals are part of an outstanding class of upcoming business leaders and share a commitment to business success, personal growth and community involvement.
Anna has worked at Electric Boat for 14 years, with roles including Internship and Co-Op Program Lead, College Recruiting Lead, Human Resources Staffing and Recruiting Specialist and Talent Development and Strategic Growth Programs Lead. Anna is a member of EB’s Employee Resource Group (ERG), ForWARD, New England Shoreline Chapter of Women in Defense (WID) and Electric Boat’s Management Association (EBMA). Outside of work, Anna enjoys spending time with her family, including her parents, who also work at EB, her husband and chasing her seven and ten-year-old kids around the soccer field.
