The Dive Deeper Resource Library is now open! You’ve asked for more opportunities to develop yourself and we heard you.
The Resource Library is a new initiative to provide personal and professional development to the Electric Boat workforce and has been developed to meet the business needs at this critical moment. So what’s notable about this Resource Library?
- This is a voluntary resource library for leadership and interpersonal development; you won’t find resources about Excel or trade-specific skills here.
- There are nine main topics, with numerous sub-topics to explore.
- Expect a mindset shift. This is a “toolkit” for your development, not a program or a catalog of e-learning courses.
- Content is bite-sized and consists of videos, podcasts, articles, job aids, and other tools organized by skill groups and designed to be used in your day-to-day interactions.
- Featured topics of the month will encourage broader EB participation and engagement.
Important: When you log in to Dive Deeper for the first time, begin with “Start Here.” This section contains everything you need to know, including a message from President Graney, information on what you’ll find in the Resource Library, and instructions on how to use the various features and functions of the platform.
